We absolutely loved Schola! My kids spent 2 weeks there for camp and had such a wonderful experience. They were excited to go every day and had so much fun. I especially loved the bilingual aspect of the camp and how naturally both languages were incorporated into their days. Schola International es una guarderia magnifica. La mejor guarderia en la que han estado nuestros dos hijos, con mucha diferencia. Para mi y mi mujer, mas que el metodo de enseñanza, es importante la cercania y el cariño con que se trata a los niños en esta etapa de su vida. Nuestros dos hijos han estado en otras guarderias que tenian metodos educativos muy interesantes pero pero habia diferencias culturales importantes (somos hispanos, no estadounidenses). Aqui estan felices de ir todos los dias. Cuando llegan, y la maestra les abre la puerta y los recibe con un abrazo y una sonrisa, los niños entran corriendo sin mirar atras y sin ni siquiera despedirse de nosotros. UPDATE: Originally posted when our daughter had been attending there about 7 months. She’s now been at Schola almost three years, and she loves going to school! We still appreciate the caring teachers, fun learning experiments, story time, and Maria, the owner and director who is so warm with the kids. We absolutely love the kind teachers and their approach at Schola! Our toddler took some time adjusting but they were very patient and caring during that process, and remain as such. It is multilingual, and Maria adds a larger worldview to child-rearing- so we feel lucky to have this experience for our daughter. We have had a great experience with this preschool. The teachers are very caring, patient, and attentive with the children. The environment is safe, warm, and welcoming, which is very important for young kids. My daughter enjoys going to school every day and has learned so many new things. It makes me happy to see how excited she is about her teachers and the activities they do in class. The staff is also very friendly and communicates well with families.
